Terms

How ordering items work and what to expect:
1. Put items in basket, and go to checkout
2. Read the terms and DELIVERY TIME page fully, you understand that delivery time is a rough estimate and can also take a few weeks longer, since all items are handmade and ship when they are perfect, we do not rush any order due to our high standards.
3. Order items if you agree to to the terms, and make payment, (it is not possible to place an order without accepting the terms).
4. Check the ORDER READY page yourself to see if your items are shipped, keep in mind that:
NO EMAILS are allowed to ask where your items are if ORDERS READY page shows that your order is not processed yet. We notify you by e-mail when your items are shipped. When this page says it is shipped but you did not get a notification e-mail that your order is ready and shipped then you can contact us and we will check what happened to your order and if something went wrong we will ship it as fast as possible.

We reserve the right to only send you the link to the ORDERS READY page if you contact us before the page shows it is ready to speed up the production.
Only ticking the "terms" box and not reading what is says is your responsiblity, not ours.

Precious production time is wasted when we have to answer all the unneccasary messages and literaly weeks will be added to the shipping date. Production is based on first in, first out, according to date of order (it does not matter if you make a small or large order, we produce by date of order). The ORDERS READY page is made to speed up the production to the maximum, because answering emails takes up a lot of time, which we rather use for production.

keep in mind that shipping abroad takes extra days from the moment you got the email that it was shipped.

When you have placed an order you will get an automated confirmation e-mail, if you do not get this one, you have entered a wrong email adress or it ended up in your spam box. Check your spam box first before contacting us.

WRONG ADRESS

If you make a mistake entering your name and adress information, we can not be held acountable for items that are lost in the mail.

CANCELING ORDER
You can cancel your order within 24 hours, after that the order is final and can not be canceled anymore

RETURNING
All items are special produced on order, so no returning is alowed. After receiving payment we will produce your items and ship as fast as possible.

PAYMENT BY BANK
If you use "payment by bank", the delivery time starts from the day we recieve payment.

NOT SUITED FOR SMALL CHILDREN
All our items are manufactured for adults and are not toys, they are NOT suited for small children! These small items are a hazard to small children. Keep out of reach of children.
